ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing

Cancellations received up to 01/10/ 2021, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellations received up to 10/10/2021, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after 11/10/2021 or registered participants who fail to attend.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Personal Insurance
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event.
